Growing Mimi & Lu was a slow and steady grind. With a little innovation and a handful of basic skills under my belt, I was able to propel my business into a successful entity. I was fortunate to work with retail outlets like Nicole Miller and W Hotels in addition to online giants, like Revolve.com and Zulily. From a brand partnership with the world renowned crystal company, Swarovski Crystals to working with showrooms from New York to Japan, I want to share the knowledge I have gained from years of experience with you.

From operations to logistics to design, the back end of business came naturally to me. I developed a passion for supporting other entrepreneurs with their endeavors and decided to provide this on a larger scale. Recognizing the unique and valuable advice business owners could give one another, I launched Dream Driven. Dream Driven began as a platform for roundtables events where business owners contributed ideas, advice and knowledge with one another (in a very Michelle-like organized and intentional way!) and has evolved, post-pandemic- into a place where business owners can find 1:1 consulting, creative and business services that will drive their business forward.

Dream Driven provides support to business owners, meeting them wherever their needs begin. (even if that need is to identify the needs!) Michelle’s consulting services can help identify and advise on needs such as SOPs, Marketing, Operations and various business decisions. She can hop in on marketing or smooth out your A-Z process.
